2. Sesame Oil: Sesame is a Flowering plane in the Genus Sesamum. Numerous wild varieties occur in Africa and less in India. Usually the plant is 50-100 cm tall with opposite leaves 4-14 cm long. The flowers are yellow 3-5 cm long.

     However, As we need the oil of sesame seeds, we will have a look on its seeds…

     How the Sesame Seeds Look Like:

     Seeds are small 3-4 mm long, 2 mm wide and 1 mm wide.

     Ovate in shape, weighs about 20-30 mg. Crush seeds and extract oil or else you can obtain oil directly from the market.

3. Pippali Powder: Pippali also known as Long Pepper. It is sometimes called as Indian Long Pepper. Long Pepper is a Flowering Vine in Family Piperaceae. It is cultivated for its Fruit which is dried and used as Spice and Seasoning.

     As we need the peppali powder, we will have a look on its Fruits

     How Peppali Fruits Look Like:

     Each Pepper Fruit have a size of Poppy Seed. Usually 2-2.5 cm long, 0.5-1 cm wide. Dark Blue to Black in color.

     Crush the Long Pepper Fruits into Powder or else You can directly buy it from the Market as Peppali Powder is available in different packets in Ayurvedic Shops.

Procedure for Making the Anti-Diabetic Preparation:

Step 1: Take 250 gm of Sadabahar plant (Vinca Rosea).

Step 2: Dry it and Crush the plant into the Paste.

Step 3: Add 1 lt (i.e., 1000 ml) of water to the 250 gm of Sadabahar paste and Cook it on Middle Fire.

Step 4: Continue Cooking Until the Water reduced to half i.e., 500 ml approximately.

Step 5: Filter the content of Sadabahar Decoction.

Step 6: Add 500 ml of Sesame Oil (Til Oil) along with 100 gm of Sadabahar  Paste and 50 gm of Pippali Powder.

Step 7: Cook the content on Small Fire till the water is evaporated.

Step 8: Filter the Oil after Cooling.

The “Sadapuspha Taila” for Diabetes is Ready

How to Use the Anti-Diabetic Preparation Prepared:

Each 1 ml of Sadapushpa Taila is capable of controlling 125-250 mg of Blood Glucose. So by calculating the excess glucose in your blood the dosage will be fixed.

Suppose if you have Post-Lunch Blood Sugar as 375 gm i.e., exceeded by 220 mg when compared to Normal, then you can have 1 ml twice daily 30-45 minutes before to Food.

You can mix the medication i.e., 1 ml of oil with half glass of milk then have it before food.
