Step-3:
In the next screen you have to select CHALLAN NO./ITNS 280(payment of Income tax & Corporation Tax).
Step-4:
It will open a new form. For Tax Applicable column select (021)INCOME TAX (OTHER THAN COMPANIES), Type of payment should be (300) SELF ASSESSMENT TAX. Rest of the details should be filled appropriately. Click on submit.
Step-5:
Verify your details and click on submit to the bank.
